Terms of sale

1. Purpose and scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales concluded on the website authenticcashmere.com between STYLE NETWORK INTERNATIONAL (the 'Seller') and any non-professional customer (the 'Customer'). Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

2. Products

The products are described with the utmost accuracy. Photographs are not contractually binding.

3. Prices

Prices are stated in euros (or in the local currency depending on the market), inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery charges indicated before order confirmation. Products are invoiced at the rate in force at the time of the order.

4. Order

The sale is complete once the order has been confirmed and payment has been collected. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a payment dispute or suspected fraud.

5. Payment

Payment is made online using the means offered at checkout. Transactions are secured.

6. Delivery

The terms, timeframes and charges are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving reasons. The terms are set out in our Returns Policy.

8. Legal warranties

The Seller is bound by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and by the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). The Customer has a period of 2 years to take action and may choose between repair or replacement of the goods.

9. Liability

The Seller cannot be held liable for non-performance due to the act of the Customer, the unforeseeable act of a third party or an event of force majeure.

11. Mediation and disputes

In the event of a dispute, the Customer shall first submit a complaint to customer service (contact@authenticcashmere.com / 04 86 13 22 12). Failing resolution, the Customer may refer the matter free of charge to the FEVAD e-commerce Ombudsman (www.mediateurfevad.fr) or to the European online dispute resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
