Refund policy

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order to notify us of your withdrawal, without having to give reasons.

2. Commercial returns — 30 days

Beyond the statutory right of withdrawal, we accept returns for thirty (30) days from receipt of the order, under the conditions set out below. Return costs remain at the Customer's expense.

3. Conditions

Items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached. The Customer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature and proper functioning of the product.

4. Procedure

To make a return, contact our customer service (contact@authenticcashmere.com), which will provide you with the procedure and the return address.

5. Return costs

The direct cost of returning the items is borne by the Customer, unless otherwise indicated or in the case of a defective product.

6. Refund

The refund is made no later than fourteen (14) days after recovery of the items (or proof of their dispatch), using the same means of payment as that used for the order.
