Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs, within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect your package (bank processing times may apply depending on the financial institution).

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
You can exchange your item for a different size of the same style at no cost. We will provide you with a prepaid Colissimo shipping label for the return.
- Return period: 30 days after receipt.
- New items, never worn outdoors, intheir original packaging.
- Exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired size.
How do I do this? Submit your request through our returns portal and select "Size Exchange." You will receive your Colissimo shipping label via email.
